I have never been out of the country, but would love to visit some of the places you have been. I have trouble sleeping on a plane. Do you have any advice for dealing with long flights? Also, is jet lag a problem?

well finally you are on the way! remember sledding in Alaska and you fell off the sled and was left running to try to catch up and fell in the snow then your hottie guide had to come and save you? Well please no falling out of your Safari Jeep while roaming the wild African desert with lions hippos and rhinos running around. We need you to return in one piece. safe journey
