The Prince’s Rainforest Project

Ok, so I know that sometimes the whole “Save the Rainforest” campaign can seem a bit daunting- you’re busy and have no time to spare for lobbying or chaining yourself in front of a tree to stop an oncoming bulldozer. And, you don’t have a bajillion dollars to donate to some company whose spokesperson has dreadlocks and only wears broken Birkenstocks. Believe me, I feel the same exact way. But, if the rainforests are destroyed, it will take a terrible toll on the rest of the world. Those rainforests help the ozone and provide habitat for hundreds of animals. Many species living in the rainforest have not even been discovered yet.

That’s why I was so excited when I received an e-mail about the Prince’s Rainforest Project. You can help stop the destruction of the rainforests by signing up on the widget posted below. It costs no money and takes up none of your spare time, but still makes a difference. Please take two seconds to sign up and spread the word.

(P.S. I am in no way connected to the Project. They have never heard of me and I get nothing out of you signing up. I promise! I just think it’s a really great project and want to spread the word in case it strikes your fancy as well.)
